愛沙尼亞學人偉韜（Karel Joeleht）於114年8月5日報到，他是愛沙尼亞的塔林大學（Tallinn University, Estonia）的博士生，研究主題為「Zhang Shenfu and Mou Zongsan: A Comparative Study of the Translations of Wittgenstein's Tractatus」，研究期間為114年8月至10月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學羅家倫國際漢學講座（Office of Lo-Chia-Luen International Sinology Chair, National Chengchi University）。
