義大利學人Moreno Bertoldi於114年10月2日報到，他是義大利國際政治研究所（Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), Italy）的資深副研究員，研究主題為「The EU Economic Security Strategy Applied to Developments in the Taiwan Strait」，研究期間為114年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為臺灣歐洲聯盟中心（European Union Centre in Taiwan (EUTW)）。
