印度學人Pooran Chandra Pandey於114年10月15日報到，他是印度南亞學院（South Asian University, New Delhi, India）的獨立學者教授，研究主題為「Labour Mobility Pact, 2024 Between Taipei and New Delhi: Potential of Indian Diaspora as a Catalyst for Comprehensive Cooperation in the Region」，研究期間為114年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學臺灣安全研究中心（Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University）。
