索馬利蘭學人Faisal Abdirashid Adam於114年12月26日報到，他是索馬利蘭資訊、文化及國家領導部的（Ministry of Information, Culture and National Guidance, Somaliland）研究員主任，研究主題為「The Influence of Somaliland–Taiwan Relations on Their Respective Quests for International Recognition」，研究期間為114年1月至8月。在臺駐點機構為臺灣師範大學國際臺灣學研究中心（International Taiwan Studies Center, National Taiwan Normal University）。
