索馬利蘭學人於114年12月26日報到，他是索馬利蘭總統辦公室的（Somaliland Presidency Office, Somaliland）助理，研究主題為「Assessing Taiwan's Prospective Role in the Utilization of Berbera Port: Strategic Opportunities and Geopolitical Implications in the Horn of Africa」，研究期間為114年1月至8月。在臺駐點機構為臺灣師範大學國際臺灣學研究中心（International Taiwan Studies Center, National Taiwan Normal University）。
