Visiting scholar, Kailas Deoram Ahire has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 6, 2026. He is an Indian scholar who is an assistant professor at the K.R.T. Arts, B.H. Commerce and A.M. Science (KTHM) College, Nashik, India. Dr. Ahire’s research period in Taiwan is from January to March, at the Risk Society and Policy Research Center, National Taiwan University. His research topic is "Assessing the Economic Impact of Taiwan's Carbon Fee Imposition on Energy Sector: A Sectoral and Policy Analysis".
