印度學人潘孟吉（Manoj Kumar Panigrahi）於115年1月8日報到，他是印度金德爾全球大學（OP Jindal Global University, India）的副教授，研究主題為「Cross-Strait Dynamics: India's Engagement in the Region」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為政治大學外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University）。
