印度學人Akhilesh Kumarc於115年1月13日報到，他是印度賈瓦哈拉爾·尼赫魯大學（Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India）的博士候選人，研究主題為「Discourse on the Governance of Artificial Intelligence: Analyzing the Taiwanese AI Normative Values in the Global & Cross-Strait Context, 2018-2025」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為中研院法律學研究所（Institutum Iurisprudentiae, Academia Sinica）。
