印度學人Sumit Kumar於115年1月13日報到，他是印度德里大學政治系（Department of Political Science, University of Delhi, India）的助理教授，研究主題為「Taiwan's Centrality in the Free and Open Indo-Pacific: Perspectives from the United States, India, and Japan」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國家發展研究所（Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University）。
