菲律賓學人吳安平（Jan Robert Go）於115年1月13日報到，他是菲律賓大學迪里曼分校（Department of Political Science, University of the Philippines Diliman, Philippines）的副教授，研究主題為「Exploring the Constructions of Democracy in a Rural Taiwanese Village臺灣鄉村民主建構探討」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學政治系（Department of Political Science, National Chengchi University）。
