南韓學人Jarim Kim於115年1月13日報到，她是南韓延世大學（Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea）的副教授，研究主題為「Strategic Communication with Foreign Publics: Examining the Portrayal of Taiwan and Japan on Korean Youtube and its Influence on Public Perceptions」，研究期間為114年1月至3月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學傳播學院（College of Communication, National Chengchi University）。
