瑞士學人任恩道（Emanuel Riem）於115年1月21日報到，他是瑞士巴賽爾大學（University of Basel, Switzerland）的博士生，研究主題為「The Values Guiding ROC-PRC Relations」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國防安全研究院（Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR)）。
