法國學人柏安安（Andreea Budeanu）於115年2月3日報到，她是比利時布魯塞爾自由大學資安、外交與策略中心（Center for Security, Diplomacy and Strategy, VUB Brussels University, Belgium）的博士後研究，研究主題為「Europe in Taiwan's Technological Power Imaginary: A Study of Perception Genesis and (mis)Match with EU Self-Image (2016-2025)」，研究期間為115年2月至6月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University）。
