南非學人Cynthia Mawufemor Afua Kumadeka於115年2月3日報到，她是獨立的博士後研究，研究主題為「The Blue Economy as a Driver of Job Creation and Business Development Opportunities for Young People in Taiwan」，研究期間為115年2月至12月。在臺駐點機構臺灣海洋大學輪機工程學系熱流照明實驗室（Thermal-Fluid and Lighting Laboratory, Department of Marine Engineering, National Taiwan Ocean University）。
