美國學人Devin Sullivan於115年2月3日報到，他是美國律師協會（DC Bar Association, USA）的律師及獨立學者，研究主題為「Strategic Opportunity in Strategic Abandonment: Taiwan’s Semiconductor Diplomacy in the Era of Trump 2.0」，研究期間為115年2月至7月。在臺駐點機構為中研院歐美研究所（Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica）。
