美國學人Elizabeth Larus於115年2月6日報到，她是美國太平洋島國論壇（Pacific Forum, USA）的資深研究員，研究主題為「Civil Defense and Emergency Preparedness in the Face of China's Aggression」，研究期間為115年2月至7月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University）。
