土耳其學人俞牧歌（Müge Yüce）於115年2月10日報到，她是土耳其阿塔圖爾克大學（Ataturk University, Turkey）的副教授，研究主題為「Maintaining Diplomacy in a Digitalizing World: An Analysis of Taiwan's Digital Diplomacy as a Role Model」，研究期間為115年2月至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University）。
