奈及利亞學人Casmir Mbaegbu於115年2月11日報到，他是奈及利亞尼日利亞大學（University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria）的博士後研究，研究主題為「Reframing Taiwan’s Para-Diplomatic Relations Amidst China's Threat in the Developing Countries: Whither Techno-Diplomacy for African States?」，研究期間為115年2月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學臺灣安全研究中心（Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University）。
