匈牙利學人陽大衛（David Gorombolyi）於115年3月3日報到，他是匈牙利布達佩斯考文紐斯大學（Corvinus University, Budapest, Hungary）的博士候選人，研究主題為「International NGOs in Taiwan in the Web 2.0 Era an Overview through the Lens of Digital Diplomacy」，研究期間為115年3月至6月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University）。
