日本人加藤慧（Kato Satoshi）於115年3月12日報到，他是日本鹿兒島大學全球倡議中心（Global Initiative Center of Kagoshima University, Japan）的講師，研究主題為「From Dialogue to Diplomacy: Incorporating Trilateral Youth Perspectives to Enhance Economic and Security Stability for Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific」，研究期間為115年3月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立中興大學教師專業發展研究所（Institute of Professional Development for Educators, National Chung Hsing University）。
