印度學人Prakash Panneerselvam於115年4月9日報到，他是印度國家高等研究院（National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), India）的助理教授，研究主題為「India-Japan Cooperation, Taiwan's Strategic Geography, and the Future of a Rule-Based Order in the Indo-Pacific」，研究期間為115年4月至9月。在臺駐點機構為中興大學人文科學前瞻研究中心（Advanced Research Center for Humanities and Social Science, National Chung Hsing University）。
