阿根廷學人Maria Julia Moreyra於115年4月10日報到，她是扶輪社反對人際販賣（Rotary Club End Human Trafficking）的研究員，研究主題為「From Dictatorial Systems to Consolidated Democracies. A Comparative Study between Argentina and Taiwan. Taiwan a Beacon of Hope for Defenders of Democracies」，研究期間為115年4月至7月。在臺駐點機構為東吳大學張佛泉人權研究中心（Chang Fo-Chuan Center for the Study of Human Rights, Soochoiu University）。
