法國學人Barthélémy Courmont於115年4月14日報到，他是法國里耳大學（Catholic University in Lille, France）的教授，研究主題為「The Evolution of Regional Security in the Asia-Pacific, and its Implications for Taiwan, at the Diplomatic, Economic, Security and Strategic Levels」，研究期間為115年4月至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立中山大學中國文學系（Department of Chinese Literature, National Sun Yat-sen University）。
