波蘭學人Robert Rajczyk於115年6月23日報到，他是波蘭卡托維茲西里西亞大學（University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland）的副教授，研究主題為「Civil Defence and Civil Resilience. How to Build the Successful Model? Lessons for Poland Based on Taiwan's Experience」，研究期間為115年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為南華大學國際事務與企業學系（Global Asia Research Center, National Taiwan University）。
