義大利學人Lara Momesso於115年7月16日報到，她是英國中央蘭開夏大學（University of Central Lancashire）的名譽講師，研究主題為「Exploring the Political Engagement of Taiwan's Second-Generation Migrants」，研究期間為115年7月至10月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院民族學研究所（Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica）。
