德國學人Leonie Elisabeth Reicheneder於115年8月5日報到，她是瑞典哥德堡大學（Department of Political Science, University of Gothenburg, Sweden）的博士候選人，研究主題為「Promoting Democracy in Times of Conflict. A Case Study of Taiwan as a Donor of Democracy Aid in Southeast Asia」，研究期間為115年8月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University）。
