以色列學人Joel Slawotsky於115年8月17日報到，他是以色列賴赫曼大學（Reichman University, Israel）的教授，研究主題為「Factors Militating in Favor of Enhancing the Relationship Between Taiwan and Israel」，研究期間為115年8月至10月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學法律學院（College of Law, National Taiwan University）。
