英國學人Jonathan Andrew於115年9月2日報到，他是瑞士日內瓦學院（Geneva Academy, Switzerland）的研究員，研究主題為「The Role of Disinformation in Cognitive Warfare: Developing Insights from Taiwan, Ukraine and the Baltic in Developing Pan-European Preparedness」，研究期間為115年9月至12月。在臺駐點機構為數位外交協會（Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association）。
