波蘭學人Jakub Orkisz於115年9月3日報到，他是波蘭華沙大學（University of Warsaw, Poland）的博士候選人，研究主題為「Administrative Law, Data Protection, and Artificial Intelligence in China and Taiwan: Comparative Approaches to State Data Sharing and Smart Governance」，研究期間為115年9月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學國家發展研究所（Graduate Institute of National Development, National Taiwan University）。
