馬來西亞籍學人蘇湖港（Soh Or Kan）教授於104年1月23日報到，他是馬來西亞國民大學（Universiti Kebangsaan）助理教授，研究主題為「Developing A Model of Augmented Reality-Based Learning Materials （ARLeM） for ESL & EFL Writing Course and Investigating Its Impact on Malaysian and Taiwanese University Students」，研究期間為104年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學電機學系。
