美國籍學人范麗莎（Elizabeth Freund Larus）教授於104年1月23日報到，她是美國瑪莉華盛頓大學（University of Mary Washington）教授，研究主題為「Assessing the US Pivot to Asia: Implications for US-China-Taiwan Trilateral Relations and Taiwan’s Strategic Choices」，研究期間為104年1月至5月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院。
