德國籍學人Sebastian Relitz先生於104年4月7日報到，他是德國耶拿大學（Friedrich-Schiller-Universitat, Jena）博士候選人，研究主題為「Taiwan between Non-Recognition and International Integration - A Case Study of International Engagement of De Facto States」，研究期間為104年4月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心。
