韓國籍學人曹世鉉(Cho Sehyun)教授於104年9月2日報到，他是韓國國立釜慶大學校人文社會科學大學史學科教授，研究主題為「Taiwan's Marine Ideology and Marine Policy—From the Marine Historical Perspective」，研究期間為104年9月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學歷史學系。
