英國籍學人Bi-Yu Chang（張必瑜）博士於3月22日報到，她是英國倫敦大學亞非學院臺灣研究中心副主任，研究主題為「The Cultural Implication of Mainland Tourism in Taiwan on the Future Cross-Strait Relationship」，研究期間為105年3月至6月，在臺駐點機構為政治大學臺灣文學研究所。
