義大利籍學人Youngmi Kim副教授於7月5日報到，她是匈牙利中歐大學副教授，研究主題為「The Effects of Party and Party System Institutionalization on the Quality of Democracy in East Asia: The Cases of Taiwan and South Korea」，研究期間為105年7月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學政治學系。
