泰國籍學人Sitthiphon Kruarattikan教授於1月4日報到，他是泰國法政大學助理教授，研究主題為「Sino-Cuban Relations from 1964 to 1995: Conflict, Reconciliation, and Taiwan's Missed Opportunity」，研究期間為106年1月至4月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系。
