智利籍學人Victor Ariel Gallardo教授於1月3日報到，他是智利康塞普西翁大學教授，研究主題為「Contribution to the Further Development of Chile-Taiwan Scholastic and Scientific Collaboration 」，研究期間為106年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣海洋大學。
