烏克蘭籍學人Oleksii Polegkyi博士於1月4日報到，他是比利時安特衛普大學（University of Antwerp）博士後研究，研究主題為「In the Shadow of 'Big Brothers': Discourses of Security and Geopolitics in Ukraine and Taiwan」，研究期間為106年1月至8月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學俄羅斯研究所。
