越南籍學人Van Kien Pham（范文健）教授於1月9日報到，他是越南胡志明市銀行大學助理教授，研究主題為「Evaluating the Best Outsourcing Service Country in the Asia Pacific Region: A Fuzzy-ANP Approach」，研究期間為106年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為亞洲大學。
