阿根廷籍學人Maria Del Pilar Alvarez教授於1月16日報到，她是阿根廷薩爾瓦多大學（Del Salvador University）教授，研究主題為「The Taiwanese Transnational Human Rights Network in the Resolution of the Issue of Sexual Slaves by the Imperial Japanese Army. A Case Study of the Taipei Women's Rescue Foundation」，研究期間為106年1月至3月，在臺駐點機構為政治大學國關中心。
