寮國籍學人Ka Phaydanglobriayao先生於1月16日報到，他是日本神戶大學（Kobe University）國際合作研究所博士候選人，研究主題為「Taiwanese Economic Stimulus Packages amidst the Global Financial Crisis and the Recession of Chinese Economy」，研究期間為106年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為中央研究院經濟研究所。
