馬來西亞籍學人See Lene Low女士於2月16日報到，他是馬來西亞宏願開放大學（Wawasan Open University）博士候選人，研究主題為「Feasibility Study of Integrating Wind-Wave (Fusion) Energy into TPP and non TPP Countries Renewable Industry Development Framework」，研究期間為106年2月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣科技大學應用科技研究所。
