羅馬尼亞籍學人Dana Trif女士於2月16日報到，他是羅馬尼亞貝比什鮑里亞大學民主研究中心（Center for the Study of Democracy, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca）副研究員，研究主題為「Water, Oil, Gas or "Just" Identity? The Permanent Court of Arbitration Ruling in the Philippine vs. Peoples' Republic of China – A View from Taiwan」，研究期間為106年2月至8月，在臺駐點機構為政治大學國際事務學院外交政策研究中心。
