英國籍學人Martin Ryan教授於2月20日報到，他是英國聖安德魯斯大學（University of St Andrews）教授，研究主題為「Development of a Pan-Asian Strategy to Control Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus」，研究期間為106年2月至6月，在臺駐點機構為屏東科技大學動物疫苗科技研究所。
