菲律賓籍學人Shiela Mae Quero教授於3月29日報到，她是菲律賓西米沙鄢國立大學（West Visayas State University）副教授，研究主題為「Increasing the Awareness and Appreciation of Taiwan's History, Culture, and People through a Storybook.」，研究期間為106年4月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立交通大學社會與文化研究所。
