菲律賓籍學人Melba Maggay女士於5月3日報到，她是菲律賓亞洲教會和文化研究所（Institute for Studies in Asian Church and Culture）研究員，研究主題為「Taking on the Dragon Swallowing the West Philippine Sea: Some Cross-Cultural Dimensions in the China-Philippines Territorial Tensions」，研究期間為106年5月至8月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學人文社會科學發展中心。
