法國籍學人Barthélémy Courmont（庫赫蒙）博士於4月14日報到，他是法國國際關係暨戰略研究院（The French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs）研究員，研究主題為「Soft Power with Taiwanese Characteristics.」，研究期間為106年5月至12月。
