英國籍學人Nian-tzu Cheng Cockel教授於4月12日報到，她是英國樸茨茅斯大學（University of Portsmouth）副教授，研究主題為「More than a Daily Read: A Study on the Impact of Ethnic Media on the Political Participation and Mobilisation of Migrants in Taiwan」，研究期間為106年4月及7月至8月，在臺駐點機構為國際臺灣學研究中心。
