美國籍學人Chunjuan Nancy Wei（衛純娟）教授於5月3日報到，她是美國橋港大學（University of Bridgeport）副教授，研究主題為「A Book Manuscript Entitled ROC on the Rocks: The 1947 Map of the South China Sea」，研究期間為106年5月至8月，在臺駐點機構為政治大學國關中心。
