美國籍學人Roselyn Hsueh Romano（薛媖月）教授於5月18日報到，她是美國天普大學(Temple University)副教授，研究主題為「Who Defines National Interest in Taiwan's Trade Policy? Partisan Politics, Developmental State Legacy, and the Role of Sector Associations」，研究期間為106年5月至8月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系。
